Equality for Everyone Equality has been an ongoing discussion and debate between men and women for many decades. For women, it has been a never ending fight for equality and respect in the workplace and in society.  On the other hand, not only men but other anti-suffragists argue that women have already achieved equality or that they are not fit to be compared to men.
